I MOTIVI PER UN BLOG DEDICATO AD UNA VENA SURREALE

Riproduzione grafica di una scultura collocata ad Atri (TE)

L'autore di questa opera, di cui ignoro le generalità, 

nell'angolo alto del corpo sinistro, ha collocato una scritta:

"Dumbo 86 "

"Questo percorso narrativo prende spunto dall’opera scultorea di un artista, (forse Dumbo 86) di cui purtroppo ignoro il nome, collocata in uno spiazzo panoramico di Atri, in provincia di Teramo, insieme a sculture di altri autori.

Il filo teso tra i due elementi che la costituiscono, apparentemente inesistente, è così sottile da veicolare una molteplicità di sensazioni che stupiscono per l’originalità chiunque l’osservi." (dal preambolo de: "Come tanti minuscoli io"- Raccolta di racconti brevi in tono surreale

Il mistero è proprio in quel filo, capace come null'altro di cavare la stoffa dalla roccia, un po' come la vita che anima la materia e la modella.

Come si fa a non prestare attenzione ad un signore che indossa una tuba per strada e che magari è anche pronto a fare un saluto, sollevandola con la mano, quasi che si trattasse di una semplice bombetta?

Peccato che lo si possa incontrare molto di rado e solo in immagini di repertorio!

Fino a qualche tempo fa esisteva una dinamica, giovane, spumeggiante e sopratutto surreale Casa Editrice che invogliava a scrivere proprio con questo spirito:  la Zandegù di Marianna Martino, forse una delle migliori realtà che gli aspiranti estensori surreali potessero immaginare. Nonostante tutto l'impegno da lei profuso, gli oltre 1.500 manoscritti esaminati e i 18 libri faticosamente realizzati, senza chiedere alcun contributo agli autori pubblicati, nel luglio del 2010 ha dovuto interrompere l'attività, come viene descritto nel sito www.zandegu.it.

How can you not pay attention to a gentleman who wears a top hat on the street and that maybe is even ready to say hello, raising his hand, as if it were just a bowler hat?

Too bad that you can meet very rarely and only in archival footage!

Until some time ago there was a dynamic, young, bubbly and especially surreal Publishing House which invites you to write with this in mind: the Zandegù Marianna Martin, perhaps one of the best surreal reality that aspiring writers might imagine. Despite all the efforts of her efforts, more than 18 books and 1500 manuscripts examined painstakingly made​​, without asking for any contribution to the authors published in July 2010 had to stop the activity, as described in www.zandegu.it site.
